I have forever been obsessed with unique critters in exotic locations doing seemingly unbelievable things as they live their daily lives. From the smallest ant lifting 10 times its own weight to gray whales propelling their immense bodies up into the air, I just cannot get enough of it!
My son is equally afflicted as witnessed in his recently achieved degree in Zoology. Father and son often while away the time striving to one-up each other with the most bizarre tale from Mother Nature’s immense possibilities.
The boy has one up on me with his six-week journey through the rain forests of Belize. But I have the wisdom of age and more National Geographic Magazines and Jacques Cousteau specials than you can shake a stick at.
